These little icons are 16x16 and are the icons you see at the top of the page by the url bar, or on the side of a tab on your internet. Below is the code you can add to your layout code to use the icons. Just upload them to photobucket, or tinypic and take the direct link and put it in the code.
Please do not redistribute these, there not yours, you didn't make them. Don't steal them, don't put them on your own site. There is no visible credit to them, there only 16x16 but that doesn't mean you can put them up because there isn't credit, i'll know there mine and you'll be labeled a theif.
